Each October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, our community comes together for
the Believe: Courage to Believe Event, an evening dedicated to creating safety, hope, and
opportunity for women, children, and families throughout the Walla Walla Valley.
Believe is more than a fundraising event. It is a gathering of neighbors, businesses, community
leaders, and advocates who share a common belief: that everyone deserves to live free from
violence and have the opportunity to build a brighter future.
Every sponsorship, auction donation, ticket purchased, and paddle raised directly supports
YWCA Walla Walla’s critical services, including emergency shelter, advocacy, crisis response,
prevention education, and programs that help families heal and thrive.
